Lamont Robinson is the President and CEO of Robinson LaRueCo Consulting, LLC (RLC). He has been a leader in supplier diversity for the past 14 years after receiving a plethora of national awards and acknowledgements. His most treasured achievement is receiving the 2010 Corris Boyd Leadership and Diversity award from the Federation of American Hospitals, which recognizes an individual or company that has made an outstanding contribution in fostering leadership and workplace diversity in the health care industry.
Lamont initially launched Robinson LaRueCo Consulting, LLC (RLC) in 2012 but focused more on its growth in 2017 when he was awarded a subcontracting opportunity to launch the supplier diversity program for a large New Jersey-based health system. RLC is a certified diverse firm that specializes in launching exemplary supplier diversity programs, connecting diverse suppliers to procurement opportunities while developing those organizations, assisting professional athletes and entertainers with transitioning into business ownership through the usage of diversity, and assisting clients with responding to community pressures pertaining to diversity.
In 2014, Lamont authored his autobiography “TransformNational: Journey of a Bastard” which details his personal experiences in overcoming challenges on Chicago’s violent West Side to achieve success.
T. Dewayne Webb
Vice President and COO
T. Dewayne Webb is the Vice President and COO of RLC Diversity.
As V.P. & COO, Dewayne has global responsibility for attraction, development and experience of RLC‘s most important assets- its small business partnerships and customers. He champions RLC’s vision of helping small businesses to impact community and job creation. With a team approach, he strives to unlock the potential of every team, by creating small business opportunities with customers that have a specific need. This creating the "Ultimate Team."
Dewayne brings over 23 years of experience across industries, geographies and scale of businesses. Prior to joining RLC Diversity, Dewayne was a small business owner in the Staffing and Managed Services Industry. Which adds invaluable insight to the small business perspective and supplier diversity.
Dewayne is passionate about people and mentorship. He had the opportunity to sit on the Board of the YMCA-Oak Cliff to impact the community and children. He also was a member of the Executive Exchange program that spoke on college campuses. He is an advisor to a number of small businesses as well as a mentor. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Akron.
Thomas Satterthwaite, Jr.
Head of Sports & Entertainment Division
Thomas Satterthwaite Jr. was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY as the proud son of Dora and Thomas Satterthwaite. He and his younger brother Andre grew up understanding the importance of hard work, dedication and respect, values instilled upon them by great parents. Thomas dreamed of working in sports and entertainment as he grew up playing basketball, football, and baseball. Thomas also played several musical instruments with a special love of the trumpet.
The family moved to Hampton, Virginia as Thomas was entering his senior year in high school. Hampton is home to Fort Monroe and Langley Air Force Base, two of the oldest and most prominent military installations in America. The accessibility to those historic bases had an impact on Thomas and upon graduating from high school Thomas enlisted with the US Army.
Upon being honorably discharged from the Army Thomas landed a job in New York City with Towers Financial Corporation. Thomas started as an Account Executive in the Commercial Collections division and ultimately went on to become the Senior Director of Factoring Operations. Thomas generated over $150 million dollars in sales revenue for the company during his five-year tenure.
Ever the entrepreneur, Thomas had a yearning for entertainment and decided to start his own event marketing company. Based in New York City, Urban Affairs Entertainment established relationships with some of the biggest entertainment companies in the world including SONY Music, Warner Bros., Viacom, Clear Channel Communications (now known as iHeart Media), Universal Music Group, and Radio One just to name a few. The company focused on promoting major parties and concerts, to producing festivals, conventions, and fundraisers.
Thomas ultimately has accumulated over 20 years of experience in event marketing and promotions becoming. In addition to working with major brands over the years Thomas has produced events on behalf of or in conjunction with major celebrity figures such as P Diddy, Shaquille O’Neal, Jamie Foxx, Mariah Carey, Adrian Peterson, Usher, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Tucker, Taraji P. Henson, Jason Kidd, Ludacris, Queen Latifah, Cedric the Entertainer, LL Cool J, and countless others.
Thomas has ties across the entertainment industry ranging from the worlds of music, sports, film, television, and fashion and is excited to lend his experiences and relationships to the benefit of any company as it relates to the enhancement of supplier diversity opportunities!
A husband to his beautiful wife Jessica, and father of five incredible children, Thomas III, Trent, Ella, Jaxon, and Ava, Thomas and his family reside in Frisco, TX.
Director of Strategic Sourcing and Analytics
With a strong history in finance, defense, and strategic affordability, Adrianne brings a unique perspective to each interaction. Adrianne has a reputation for finding cost reduction opportunities and/or new strategic approaches. At prior companies, her skill set helped to uncover millions in unrealized profit, generate innovative solutions , and accomplish large savings through fact based negotiations. At RLC, Adrianne will put her analytical mind to work to provide you with similar insights and creative solutions.
Adrianne's work history is supported by a Bachelor's in Marketing and a Master's in Management and Leadership. Certifications include Six Sigma, EVMS, Advanced Negotiations, Market Analysis, Business Performance Management, etc. Other interests include business development consulting, real estate investing, writing/editing, and volunteering.
Jesse Crawford is a Managing Partner with RLC Diversity. He is directly responsible for developing our strategies for client relations, community engagement, and supplier diversity business processes to provide sustainable results for all stakeholders.
Jesse brings a wealth of Telecommunications experience, from his distinguished 23 year career at Verizon Communications, the nation’s largest wireless provider and the premier global network services company. His background includes increased levels of responsibility with proven results in sales, staff management, customer care, quality monitoring, network engineering, logistics, supply chain management, global supplier diversity advocacy and outreach, government affairs, and strategic sourcing & procurement.
Most recently, Jesse was the Assistant Vice President for Community Engagement at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport, where he was responsible for executing, and enhancing the Airport’s Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives. This included supporting the Airport's Board of Directors and Owner City processes and managing the Airport's community engagement activities with business partners such as regional chambers, advocacy groups and Aviation industry associations. Jesse also oversaw DFW's memberships and sponsorships, community outreach, corporate social responsibility, and developed an employee volunteer program.
A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and freelance Drummer/Percussionist in his spare time, Mr. Crawford earned two degrees from Northwood University in Business Administration and Management, graduating with Summa Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude honors.
Gennifer M. McKissack

Gennifer McKissack, Sports and Entertainment Advisor for RLC, has over 15 years of experience leading brands to excellence.
After attending Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, GA where she studied communications with an emphasis in Journalism, Gennifer started her career in Beverly Hills, CA. working in the entertainment industry at top talent agencies, ICM and The Firm. Her broad experience ranging from celebrity endorsements to brand marketing and P.R. propelled Gennifer into senior management positions with luxury and lifestyle brands such as Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Barney’s New York (Digital Content Curator), and Levi Strauss & Co. (Social Media Expert / Style Advisor / Brand Marketing + Publicity).
In 2015 Gennifer launched the boutique brand consulting agency, The McKissack Group, taking her knack for structuring partnership deals and building brands for influencers in film, TV, sports and music. The McKissack Group also provides the strategic marketing counsel and development of campaigns for lifestyle brands. To date, some of the brands + influencers Gennifer has worked with include: Jae Murphy, Deshaun Watson, Marvin Bagley, GoPro, CoverGirl, Essence Magazine, InStyle, Good Morning America, and The Today Show, amongst a multitude of others.
